BARBARA
What good? Look at me. I'm highly successful and I'm about to close the biggest deal of my life.

    LORRAINE
But you need plums to do it?

    BARBARA
Well, not really. It would just be nice.

    LORRAINE
Oh, but I really, really, need them for my homework.

    BARBARA
Listen, I've worked for two years on this deal and tonight a man is flying over from London to make the final terms and the only thing he said he wanted after  his long trip was plum pudding like his mother use to make...and I called every bakery in NYC and NY and no one has any so I've got to make it myself and believe me I would rather not have to, so if it's alright with you...(Phone rings...Barbara looks to see who is calling)..Jill, I don't have time now, I'm in the middle of something crucial (she hang up)...I'll give your twenty dollars for that bag of plums.

    LORRAINE
So, all your calculus didn't help. You still need to make the pudding to get the man.

    BARBARA
I'm not GETTING THE MAN! I'm closing a business deal. I just like to cover all the bases. I like to be well informed....I'll give you thirty dollars for the plums.
    LORRAINE
Why would you give me thirty dollars for something that's only worth three or four?

    BARBARA
Because you have something I want.....that's the art of the deal as The Donald would say.

    LORRAINE
What does Donald Duck have to do with the plums?
